| Your decision to download either the version with color cards or monochrome cards is entirely dependant on what you want your final copy to look like and what it will be used for. Many people just want to use the book as a meditation tool and find that color cards actually in the book are much more conducive in doing so. Those with a Rider-Waite deck (or any of the close derivations), may not need or want the color cards in the book.
Think about how you intend to use the book and make your purchase based on what you need. Obviously, the book with color cards will require a good deal of colored ink or toner, so please use a good grade of paper for printing purposes. The monochrome book also has some color pages (not cards), specifically the “Pentacle Visualization” Section, where a color printer is necessary to achieve the correct end result.
